For ongoing services (such as SEO or social media management), clients may cancel before the next billing cycle. However, payments already made for the current month are non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback. Delays or dissatisfaction due to lack of communication will not qualify for refunds.
